成都黑蚁文化创意集团股份有限公司前身是黑蚁设计，始创于1995年，于1999年正式更名并注册为成都黑蚁文化创意集团股份有限公司，是成都较早成立的一批广告公司之一。总部位于四川省成都市温江区永宁镇芙蓉古城芝田居草原别墅。

公司在全国目前拥有200余名员工，包括深海银鲨、艺术推广、黑洞传媒、黑蚁昆明、黑蚁海南、黑蚁重庆等分支机构，分布在成都、重庆、昆明、海南等地。
